Our tent sizing (1-Man, 2-Man, etc.) indicates how many people can comfortably sleep in the tent. For more space, consider sizing up. Family tents are designed for groups and typically offer standing room and multiple compartments.

Absolutely! We’re committed to responsible sourcing. All our down products use ethically harvested down from suppliers who meet strict animal welfare standards.

How do I track my order?

Shipping & Delivery

What are my shipping options?
We offer two adventure-ready shipping options:
  1. Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): 10-15 days via DHL or FedEx – perfect when you need gear fast
  2. Free Shipping: 15-25 days via EMS for orders over $50 – great for planned adventures
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (weekend orders ship Monday).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship globally except to certain Asian and remote regions. International delivery times may vary slightly based on destination. Contact us if you’re unsure about delivery to your location.
What if my gear doesn’t arrive within the estimated timeframe?

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We want you to have gear that performs as hard as you do! You may initiate returns within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in original packaging with all tags attached.
How do I return an item?
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label if applicable. Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to our error.
When will I receive my refund?
