Whether you’re gearing up for a solo backpacking trip or outfitting your whole fishing crew, our policies are designed to be as reliable as your favorite tent.
Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Best for when you need your gear quickly
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Great for non-urgent orders and budget-conscious adventurers
International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). Delivery times may vary based on customs processing in your country.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in original condition – unused, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Life Vest/PFD (personal flotation devices)
- Food items
- Fishing Line (once opened)
Easy Return Process
Returning your gear is as simple as packing up camp:
Step 1: Request Authorization
Email our adventure-support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Use our template below:

Step 2: Receive Instructions
Within 24 hours (during business days), we’ll email you return authorization and shipping instructions. Returns without authorization cannot be processed.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your item securely (we recommend using original packaging) and ship to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival):
- Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing Time: 3-10 business days depending on your financial institution
- Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Process
Want different gear instead? The process is similar to returns:
- Follow the return process above, indicating you want an exchange
- Once we receive your return, we’ll ship your new item
- You’ll receive tracking information for your replacement gear
Expedited shipping: If you need your exchange faster, contact us about upgrading your shipping (additional fees apply).
Damaged or Defective Items
If your gear arrives damaged or defective (which is as rare as a sunny day in the rainforest):
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement
- No need to wait for us to receive the return – we’ll ship your replacement ASAP
International Returns
For our global adventurers:
- Follow the same return process
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
- International return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations
